Default 01 S60 free wheels a little.......initial braking

Hey all, I've got an 01 S60 NA auto 56k miles and the brakes work wonderfully as far as braking. Recently passed inspection.

Thing is when I first start to press on the pedal, say like the initial 1/2 inch or so, the car seems to speed up just a tad. Not sure if I'm imagining this. I tried coasting down a slight hill and depress the pedal just a little bit but couldn't conclude to anything.

Could the pads be dragging? Needs bleeding? Fluid level looks ok. From searching here the e-brakes are separate from the brakes?

Like I said the brakes work great, just this little thing.

I don't know what it is but I doubt that it is the brakes dragging. It could be that once you take your foot off the accelerator it is coasting and it seems like it is speeding up.

Have you ever had the Nuetral control disabled? If not then the car is going into neutral.
