Default 01 T5 Rough Idle, cutting out, not starting

I've read through quite a few threads on similar post, however I'm experiencing three issues at once. I'm wondering if they are related or just happening at the same time by coincidence. I've got an 01 T5 5 spd with 220,000 miles.

1.) Not starting after sitting over night. The engine seems like it's running, but below 500 RPM. Wont rev when given gas. After numerous attempts, it eventually fires. I usually smell fuel once it starts. I've read some talk about the overflow valve going bad.

2.) At idle or when the clutch is pushed in, the car jumps from 500 - 1000RPM and back to 300 or 400 sounding like it's about to stall, but it doesn't. It doesn't do it all of the time, but about 70% of the time

3) Under throttle, it intermittenly cuts out or hesitates. It does it at part throttle and medium throttle, but not under heavy throttle. It feels like it's surging even when it's not hesitating. I've even had it lose all power to the driveline. I was on the gas and the engine was still running, but no power was getting to the wheels nor were the revs building. I turned the motor off and then restarted and it ran fine.

From what I've read, I'm going to clean the throttle body and monitor my fuel level at startup. If anyone has a recommendation or has faced these issues, I'd really appreciate some tips.

Thanks in advance!
