Default 03 S60 T5 alignment

After installing new struts , one ball joint and then front hub everything looked fine, car drove straight, no pulling aside, steering wheel straight but after couple thousand kms I noticed unusual wear on front passenger tire, went for 4 wheel alignment and found out there was 1.8 degrees toe-in. Mechanic adjusted only till 0.35 degree saying there was a limit on an inner tie rod nut, and my steering wheel was off to the left slightly. Well... so I adjusted that toe with outer tie rod. I simply detached outer rod and turned it clockwise one turn...but, although the car still drives straight, the steering wheel is still little off to the left.
My question is : how many degrees in toe alignment is one turn of an outer tie rod?
thanks for any input )
