I bought a hid kit and when I installed it the lights came on briefly then went out and the cluster message "bulb out" came on. I believe that when a bulb is out the control module cuts power to the bulb. My question is will a CANBUS canceller work to keep the headlights on? Has anyone tried it?

 

You will need to get the harness with the relay built in to run HIDs on the Volvo. The ballasts are pulling to much power so the car thinks there is a short in the bulb and is cutting power to keep the system from going up in smoke.
