Default Is this normal? (Video included)

I have a 2001 Volvo S60 2.4.....I've noticed that when Im accelerating the car kind of sputters. I recorded the RPMS because Im curious to know if this is normal? The RPMs go up and down until I get past 35mph, then its stready. I hope this isnt a dumb question......

Im sorry if I didnt hold the camera steady enough....thats exactly what happens, its like it jumps into gear. It has absolutely no get up n go. Its annoying because smetimes it takes so long to get to 35 that people behind me will honk at me....

Lets not get ahead of our self yet. First pull Trany dip stick its the small Yellow stick below the Air box area. Look at the fluid .Is it Black or dark and does it have a burnt smell. If yes i would start with a Trany fluid flush. IPD sells the fluid and flush kit with directions on How to.If this is not something you can do. The other choice is get to a dealer or Good Volvo indy and check for a software updates. This may help. But i hate to say it but sound like Trany is OTW out. With a flush and software update(if needed) you may get some time out of it.

Update-

So I took the car in to see if there were any codes to pull and it turns out it was the Throttle body....the mechanic said that the Throttle body needs to be replaced and thats why the car is so sluggish. So he changed it and the car works fine!!!
