Default 2001 S60 front end - please help ID a part

Update: I've discovered that there's supposed to be some tabs on top of the bumper bar that seem to have been torn off in the accident and that's what I'm looking for, not a missing part. Mods can close this thread if they like.

Hello folks, new to the forum here. I'm currently working on putting back together my girlfriend's 2001 S60 after a front end collision, and I've reached a bit of a stumbling point. After installing the upper radiator support (not sure what it's called exactly, but it goes over the radiator and headlights and holds the hood latches and horns) and new headlights, I think I'm missing a piece. The upper radiator support is a bit flimsy, being bolted in only on the sides near the headlights, and the headlights are not bolted in on the bottom. It seems there should be a thin, wide, piece of metal there to hold things together just above the bumper bar, but if this is the case, I don't have it I suspect it went out with the old bumper cover and upper support that we already trashed. Any idea what this part is called/what it looks like? Any idea if I can stick things back together in some half-alright way without another trip to the junkyard just to get it back on the road for now? Any help is much appreciated.

Below is a pic showing the area where I suspect something should go across to anchor the bottom of the headlights and upper radiator support.
