Changing out the radiator cant get the cover off

Angry Changing out the radiator cant get the cover off
Im trying to change my radiator and the cover will not come off. I really dont want to take off the bumber and headlights but thats a volvo for you. Also if I do have to resort to that how hard is it to reset my headlights. Please help this stinks!
