Neither the left turn signal nor my left hazard work. When I use the left turn signal it blinks fast and the dash says left turn signal bulb failure. I’ve replace all the bulbs and no luck. When a bulb went out on my right turn signal it still worked but just blinked fast both inside and outside.

Any help would be appreciated thanks

 

possible causes are 1) flasher relay 2) wiring to the lense or ground from the lense or 3) the switch. The fast blinking is a product of the flasher relay not seeing the resistance of the failed bulb to slow the flasher relay capacitor's charge time. That would make me think you have a wiring/connector or ground wire issue.
