Hello All! Failed safety inspection for the SRS light on my 2001 S60, is there anything I can do or is this going to be a dealership issue? If so, a round about figure of how much I'm going to be out if I have to take it in? any insights are much appreciated!

 

Unless you have access to the DTC codes via IPD Softloader or similar PPC device you are going to have to bring it in to the dealer and let them scan and clear the codes. SRS isn't able to be read or cleared by OBDII.

Shouldn't be more than $125 for the full diagnostics and clearing the codes.
