I own a 2002 volvo s60 2.4 turbo with 166,000 miles. The car is wonderful, everything pretty much works.

But i'm beginning to think that the throttle body (ETM) is bad, or dirty. Ill be driving and the engine will stall or i will lose all power to accelerate. It also, rarely, goes into limp home mode. If i lose power to accelerate, most of the time the car will begin this jerking with the rpms jumping between 9000 to 15000. Sometimes it will feel as though i am pressing the break whenever i am pressing the gas,or the gas pedal will have a spot in it that is hard to press through. The dash will display 3 messages during this time: "Reduced engine performance" "engine system, service urgent" and "Static Control, Service Urgent". Also, sometimes it will just be really hard to accelerate and change gears, even whenever i put the car in to manual shift. Whenever i am driving normally, the car will get random feelings of being pushed back.

Alongside these problems, i think i have an electrical issue. Everything intermittently works. The radio, the power seats, the windows, the sunroof. And every once in a while, ill have turned the AC off, the car off and taken the key out of the ignition, and come outside some time later to my air condition blowing.

I really have honestly no idea what to do. I replaced the MAF and the bank 1 O2 sensor in hopes of repair. It worked for about 4 days after i did that. The codes are still reading as o2 sensor and MAF sensor.

Please help!!!
