I own a 2003 S60 with the headlamp wipers. I am wondering if anybody knows how to and or how difficult it is to remove them myself. I no longer want them and if anybody else would like them after there removal let me know.

 

They can be a pain and you will have to buy new bumper molding to hide the holes.

I think someone posted on here how to install them and was looking for some.

 

I browsed through all the forums here and was unable to locate anyone talking about them. I am planning on just filling in the actually wholes on the bumpers. I saw a picture of another one done that way and it looked ok. Considering when I contacted my dealer he wanted to charge me $200 for a new bumper, or $866 to do exactly what I want done.

 

Wow that sucks. I will try to find the person. I believe it was a V70.

Thanks Tech I just emailed Volvodaddy and let him know that as soon as I take them off I would be more than happy to send them to him. Now if I could just find diagrams to get them off safely.

 

I believe you will have to slide the front bumper cover out and remove the headlight. I believe they are screwed to the bottom of the headlight.
