2004 S60 Throttle Cutting Out
Hi, I own a 2004 Manual S60R with 107k miles. Over the past few months, I've had this issue where the throttle will randomly cut out and flick back on rapidly when pressing the throttle while in gear. If I press the throttle when the clutch is in it revs fine.
It seems to do it near the end of longer drives around 50 minutes especially when stopped at lights. It started out doing it maybe once or twice a drive, but more recently it has been much worse to the point where the car is almost undriveable. (Maybe because the temperature outside is getting hotter?)
I've replaced the throttle body, and the problem seemed to go away for a week, but then the issue returned for 2-3 seconds while driving yesterday.
I've spent a lot of time trying to do research and figure this out but haven't had much luck. Thanks for your time.

Some cars in that year range have problems with connections to the throttle body - has to do with the wiring connections at the throttle body - Volvo sells replacements, or partial replacement kits. Another poster found the repair kit below.

Thanks for responding, I can give that a shot. I've heard a lot about the fuel pressure sensor causing issues? Wondering if I should replace it also but it looks almost brand new.
Also I've seen people talk about the cam position sensor, but if that was going bad, I feel like it would stall then, not idle fine just no throttle.
