Default 2004 s60r backfire?
2004 s60r awd 6 speed,backfires in between shifts and rough idle has new fuel pump how can i check coil packs? and i dont have any codes. i put a new tbcv on. i cant figure it out (HELP!)

Back fires are very normal for the R's, But not in between every shift. Even more so when you have an exhaust. Not sure about the rough idle.

pull the coils and pull back the rubber on the bottom and check for cracks. If you see any even small ones then replace them
