My passenger side window intermittently will not close. It will close and then change it's mind, goes back down and then needs to be toggled shut. My husband took it to the dealership who...did nothing...actually, they lubed the window runner, but the window is still doing the same thing (so, they did nothing that needed to be done, but charged me for it...I really dislike this dealership, but the car is CPO so...I feel like I have no choice).

The alarm keeps going off to, which they did nothing for other than a software upgrade, but...guess what? The alarm is still going off (I'm assuming this is because the battery is going as I have read other people have this issue).

Any thoughts about the window?
