I purchased a 2007 S60 2.5T back in Febuary. I have now noticed that my driver's seat makes a popping noise when I make turns. Also, it seems to have excess wear on the left lower section of the leather, so I am thinking that the previous owner was heavy set.

Question: Do you think that my seat is sprung or such?

By the way, I have a Volvo VIP Warranty.

My car did that and the dealership just tighten the seat bolts at the floor and it was gone. Took me forever to find that noise.

Rock the seat around when out of the car and see if the sound comes from the bolts.
