Hi folks , just got this s60 and find that the 12v outlets are not working. tried to find fuse boxes to check for reason but unable to find the one noted in owners manual as "passenger cabin" fuse block. Is this where the utility outlet fuse is? under the dash? If you know, shoot a note back. TIA...
