Default 2011 S60 won't start

So I just bought my Volvo used a couple months ago (no warranty). I tried jumping my car to no avail. Then I brought the battery to Walmart, and it checked out good at 12.49 V and 729 CCA (sticker says battery is 1/17 btw). Under the assumption that battery is indeed fine, does anyone have any thoughts on how to go about trying to resolve the issue myself?

Thanks for the help.

Check your timing belt. Make sure it didn't jump teeth by an object. Check your oil level. Make sure it didn't seized.

Thank you folks for the suggestions. A day after I posted this I took it to my local volvo dealership. They ended up finding the inline fuses (part of the cables that connect directly to the battery) were both cracked at the weld.

I've seen that once where it was jump started with opasite poles with a jump box. This one was the worst one since the other vehicle was giving a shot.

I've seen that once where it was jump started with opposite poles with a jump box. This one was the worst one since the other vehicle was giving a shot.
