Hey y’all, the cooling fan on my volvo always stays on despite the car being completely turned off. I have to disconnect the battery to keep the fan from running and draining my battery. As soon as I connect the battery the fan turns on right away. The fan is fairly new (about 4-5 months old). I tried changing the fuse but nothing changed.

 

More than likely your fan controller is bad. What brand is this new fan? And why was you old one replaced?
