Volvo S60 2.4t Fan stays on and drains battery
A couple of weeeks ago my Volvo 2.4t s60 2004 fan was on after I turned off the car and I ignored it. A few days later it did the same except the battery was dead when I went to start it in the morning. Now the battery dies every time I get a jump and turn it off longer than a hour. So what causes this and or is there a fuse that I could take out? And if I take out fuse will the a/c not work? Thank you for any responses

You will need to replace the fan assembly. The fan controller is built-in to it.
You can unplug the fan easily enough, the wire goes right across the top of the radiator, and there is a connector in the middle. Just pull it apart. Chances are the AC will not work. But just disconnect it whenever you park the car.
My 2002 did the same exact thing, until I replaced the fan.
