I have an issue where the rear passenger door will not unlock when using the master switch or the FOB. All other doors will unlock normally. However, the door will unlock by pulling the door handle from the inside. This has made it quite difficult to open the door from the outside. I removed the inner panel and the door lock control module and put it back together and the lock worked again. however it stopped a few days later. Has anybody had this issue before?

 

I have had a similar problem with the troublesome PT Cruiser ..
Does this affect both or one rear door ? How about the trunk .. or the gas cap ?
Maybe there is a corrosion problem at the connections.
