2012 S60 T6 potential quality issue

2012 S60 T6 potential quality issue
Hi I just bought 2012 Volvo S60 T6 AWD. I’ve noticed that the top edges of the driver’s side front and rear door are misaligned and not equal to each other (delta height is approx 3 mm)
Is this is warranty quality issue? Dealer declined to fix it. He showed me all 12 cars on his parking lot, all of them have the similar problem either on the passenger or driver side or both! Is this is“made in China" beginning?
Please advice, I can send more pictures showing this problem.
