Default 2013 S60 T5 AWD, and buttons

We just picked up a 2013 S6 T5 AWD and have a couple questions.

There is no NAV or backup camera installed. But the buttons on the center console are still there. Are these real buttons that I could re-purpose? Or are they just blanks?

Someone might have tried to put a used module in. Or a new one with the wrong configuration.

The buttons have no writing on them. They are just in the locations where the NAV and CAM buttons would be.

lol I had one with the cam button but never had one installed. He looked at me like I was crazy. I asked the person if he saw a camera back there. lol There wasn't a camera. lol I had another one, from a body shop and there was a camera but never been installed correctly. It was just the plain camera but no harness. Not even the button. lol So the body shop forgot to install the park assist which it came with the car but instead just installed a plain camera. lol The customer end up getting a cam upgrade and park assist thanks to that body shop.

I guess I'm just used to having a blank insert where a button would normally be. When I press these buttons (where the CAM and NAV are), it feels like a normal push button.
