2014 s60 T5 RHD blower motor variable resistor location
Please help ...
I have a 2014 s60 right hand drive and trying to find the variable resistor which controls the internal blower fan.
The resistor has failed and I’m surprised it’s fail mode is to leave the blower on high regardless of key ignition position. Can’t keep disconnecting the car battery in the middle of winter (Melbourne, Australia), so would rather disconnect the variable resistor until I can get one shipped to me. Any help finding the location of the variable resistor would be appreciated. Thanks.

The left hand drive version location. I don't think that the right hand drive one would be different. Either same spot or mirrored.
