2014 V60 D5 Automatic does not creep forward intermittently
Hey everyone, new here so apologies if this is a repeat repeat post
I have recently bought a 14 plate V60 D5 with the auto box and intermittently (after being in slow stop start traffic) the box feels like it does not go into gear and creep forward (sticking in neutral maybe?). A fair amount of throttle needs to be input to get it into first where it will then move off but relatively sharply and if I don't give enough throttle it will just rev
I have taken it into Volvo where they've changed the fluid and reset the adaptions, I also had the diesel filter changed which sorted the rough idling.
This only occurs after being stuck in slow stop start traffic for about 30 mins and it seems that if it gets up into second then the behaviour will stop briefly. Once normal driving resumes the box is fine, e.g. drive at 30 for a few mins, come to a stop and it'll then creep forward as expected
I've had a look around online and seen posts about difficulty shifting or issues relating to the older aisin boxes, but mine will shift fine and at the right RPMs, and drive perfectly normally 99% just has this weird behaviour
Should I be concerned? Any ideas on next steps? Cheers
