Default 2015.5 T5 S60 clicking noise with engine off

Hello and good evening everyone!

Brand new to the forum here as I just recently purchased a 2015.5 T5 AWD S60 today (my first Volvo) and I have a question -

Upon arriving home from the dealership / work (about 40 miles away) and turning the engine off I heard a (pretty loud) click noise coming from the engine. After about 10 seconds another click and then finally a third click a few seconds later. Any idea what this could be? The car has been in dealer inventory for about 8 months basically just sitting there. Could it just be "shaking off the dust" or something? Will be calling the dealer back if I keep hearing this noise of course.

Thanks for your help and time!

Metal expands and contracts with heat specially when new. Sounds normal give it some time and if after about a month if it's still happening then bring it in for them to look at it.
