I am new to this forum and am looking for some guidance. I purchased a certified 2015 S60 vehicle from a local dealer in April 2018. I was washing the car today and noticed some paint blistering over the passenger wheel well. There is no damage on the body and the vehicle had a clean carfax. This just occurred because the last time I washed the vehicle it was not there. Has anyone experienced any similar paint blister problems and what is the solution.

 

You need to report the matter to the dealer immediately. Take your own photos.

For 2015, they mention 12 years regardless of mileage. They also talk about perforation meaning a rust hole. In any case, have it inspected. If it is found to be substandard repair from a prior accident, you are on your own.
