Default 2015 S60 vibration in gas pedal

Hello all,

New 2015 S60 bought last week and I am noticing that my gas pedal feels very "sensitive" to the engine/transmission/road. The pedal has this vibration feeling, either right before gears change (the actual shift itself "feels smooth") and/or with bumpy road conditions. Is this normal for Volvos or should I make the dealer aware of this while I am under warranty?

Whenever in doubt ask the dealer to address it under warranty. Maybe not a special trip in, but a phone call to the service department or a line item on another service or repair ticket.

Mainesail - T5 AWD.

Pkrface - the service sept rep told me that this in normal and that "all volvos experience it". I will bring it up again during maintenance to add as a line item unless members on the forum concur and agree that this is typical among Volvos.

We have the same drive train and I just drove 1070 miles today with it and I can't say I felt any vibration at all. The car now has 13,000 miles on it so if it had been there, we would have felt it by now. I will say that ours is fwd, not the awd that you have.
