Hi,

I am the new owner of s 2016 VOLVO S60 INSCRIPTION T5 DRIVE-E PREMIER, but the steering wheel very hard to turn looks like the power option is off. The vehicle has been in front end collision without significant no airbags damage, parking sensors good, the front bumper and driver head light were replaced. What can I visulay check having in mind this vehicle has electric steering controls, no steering fluid or clasic pump as far as I can tell.

A good first step would be to scan the engtire car - there is a module for the power steering - and if there are codes stored in it - those might point you in the right direction

Is there preferred scanner application and wifi dongle to use for Volvo indepth diagnostic or Dealer is the way to go? I am familiar only of using Techsteam for Toyotas.
