I have the Hallogen headlights and tried to upgrade from 31420287 SN60 HAL JS LHS to 31420277 SA60 ABL US LHS. The high beams work but the low beams don't and I get the message "Low Beam Malfunction". I checked fuse 16 - Active Bending Lights-headlight leveling (Option) and it is fine. I know this is different technology than what the car was fitted for but was hoping it is possible to do this upgrade.
Anyone have info on how this can work or is it even possible? Upgrade assembly Error message Original Hallogen assembly Original assembly Upgraded assembly
I have a 2017 S60 Inscription which I would really like to upgrade my headlights to LED. The only trouble is that analyzing the remarks on Amazon gives me pause. Here is what I am concerned about: 1 - The headlight beam pattered is progressed on the sides but what about down the street? Is the forward path beam formed longer, brighter? To vibrant? 2 - Some humans complained that they get FM radio interference when the driving lights are on three - Some LED lighting fixtures kits have a CANBUS compliant field and I observed its large and won't healthy into the headlight enclosure four - Are the LED's white or slightly blue? I am interested by best white 5 - Although a few manufacturers say, they're CANBUS compliant with Volvo but they may be no longer and need a resister are there kits which can be greater plug and play?
