Default AlldataDIY BIG disappointment!

I've been looking around my new subscription on alldatadiy for the Volvo S60. This service is basically useless and I suggest to anyone to look elsewhere for technical repair information. There are NO 2006+ Volvo manuals, so I went with a subscription 2005 S60. When looking specifically for some details on the rear suspension this was the only repair information listed:

Rear
. Spring Seat Rear, Replacing
. Shock Absorber Bearing, Upper Rear, Replacing

Both of these basically have a picture of what appears to be the trunk floor near the mouting bolts for the upper shock bearing. With about 3 lines of instructions saying to take off the spring strut, and then remove the bearing. Gee thanks guys, how about some detail on the spring strut??? NOT listed anywhere.... [:@] There are some details on the front, but nothing on the rears. (Except these 2 informative pieces above....) I'm attempting to cancel my subscription but wanted to give others a heads up on the how incomplete this information service is.

I contacted alldata's customer service and they offered a full refund and cancelled my subscription. I have to say there customer service is very responsive. I'll have to check into a VADIS CD I guess....

There was a separate index listing area for TSBs. I didn't explore it very deeply as i was mostly looking for DIY R & R type information for the rear suspension.

Their customer service seems to be pretty responsive so you may want to ask them about the source and/or depthof the TSB listings before subscribing.
