Default Anti-Skid Error and Cold Weather

Hello,

I took my car to Rickenbaugh Volvo in Denver due to the anti-skid service needed light being on.

The said i need a new Brake Control Module, and that my AWD and DSTC is offline.

I declined the repair for the time being due to the expense. However, yesterday as a snow storm and cold front moved in, the light went off. When i drove it this morning and it was only 10 degrees outside no error light at all.

Anybody have any ideas? I have thought about maybe pulling the BCM and cleaning it then putting it back in the car. If the problem seems to come with warmer weather what in the world does that indicate?
