Default Which axle/cv joint is good?

Noticed a shudder at high speeds on acceleration while traveling for Christmas so after a little bit of looking around noticed there was grease on brake parts as well as on the transmission as if my cv joints were spraying grease. I have also read a lot of negative reviews on a1 Cardone parts which are cheap so I was wondering if this part is worth it. Volvo Axle Shaft Front Left (V70 S60 Auto Trans) - Empire 80-7821 | FCP Euro

The only issue I have is that on my car there is another part on the axle like a donut or circular weight. This one in the first link does not have it yet the FCP axle for the standard transmission has it as shown here Volvo Axle Shaft Front Left (V70 S60 w/Man Trans) - Empire 80-7833 | FCP Euro

Any tips? Is this a decent part and is it ok to buy the auto one even though it doesnt show the weight?
