Default Axle / seal noise when damp

Hello, all, I tried a couple search terms but didn't turn up anything similar.

2017 S60 T5 AWD - <10,000 miles

When it is damp or wet out, when driving at low speeds you can hear a low squeal from the passenger side, probably front, but that's not clear. It sounds like wet rubber dragging on metal. It is dependent on wheel speed, not engine speed. Pressing the brakes seems to make it shut up temporarily. It tends to go away after driving a few miles at higher speeds. No noise at higher speeds or when it is dry out.

The car has been in for normal service once under dry conditions and they could not reproduce the noise. Any body have any thoughts? TIA.
