My 2005 Volvo s60 2.5t AWD is getting under 20mpg. It's got 150,000 plus on it. With a newer top end that only has 50k on it (replaced because timing belt snapped about 6 months ago). I also replaced the water pump and all that junk head gasket with studs the whole 9. Any ways I was looking for a tuner to get a tad more HP and mpg out of my Volvo I love the cars and am a big fan of European makes such as my Volvo. Just having some trouble finding a reliable tuner please chime in with any suggestions thanks!

 

Did it get better mileage in the past? My 2.5T gets less than 20 around town, about 30 on the highway.

 

It's always gotten that. But everyone I know says their cars (Volvo's at least) get in the 20's around town

 

Don't use a/c
Check your tire's air pressure
Don't race it from light to light

 

Tire air pressure is perfect just had new tires put on. I only use AC when it's unbearable out. I'm just looking for a good tuner for the car and maybe an exhaust also. I guess I'll just deal with the gas mileage
