The blower motor for the AC comes on by itself sometimes. The car is parked with no key inside and when I go in it no lights are on but the AC is blowing. Anyone experience this?

I have a 02 S60 2.4l Turbo

 

Had something very similar similar happen in my S40. Required a software update from the dealer.

 

I have the same problem, plus sometimes when I'm driving it the A/C stops blowing cold air. So right now my battery is dead because the blower ran for hours last night after I shut the car off. If you find out what the problem is let me know and I'll do the same for you!

 

@Mad Matt - did they charge you for this software update?

 

They sure did. It was about 6 years ago so I can't remember how much it cost.

From what I have heard, software updates are usually done at a 1 hour shop rate, 2 max.
