What vehicle are we talking about here?
On my '02 S60 it was a tough one to find and tough to get to. It's down between the timing belt cover and the power steering reservoir. The power steering reservoir needs to be lifted up and out of the way to access the low pressure charge port. It's a pain to work with because the spinning accessory belt is RIGHT there just waiting for you to make a mistake.
