Default Clickety Clack noise when cornering right

My S60 has developed a clickety clackety noise when cornering left above 30mph.
Have just had rear brake caliper replaced but noise was there before this and is still there. Mechanic and husband have no idea. It sounds like its coming from the back wheel. Not there when cornering below 30ish.
anybody have any ideas please as I hate carrying faults.
TIA

Thanks for replying. The mechanic doesn't think it's the cv joint- would that be the same as cv axle. There's no play in the wheel and nothing obvious when he changed the caliper
