Clunking noise from rear end when brakes applied

Clunking noise from rear end when brakes applied
I am getting a clunking noise from what I think is my right rear wheel when the breaks are applied at very slow speeds. It is also noticeable when releasing the brakes from a complete stop and accelerating. Has anybody experienced this and have any ideas?
