P0131 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0068 MAP/MAF Throttle Position Correlation
P0171 Fuel Trim too Lean (Bank 1)

sounds like you need to clean your maf sensor located in your air box
to test, just unplug it. if the car runs better you found your issue
if you replace, replace only with OE or Bosch

clean you throttle body aswell

Doubt it. More likely a vacuum leak or bad MAF all together. But cleaning the throttle is a good idea. The oxygen sensor code is most likely the sensor for that code.

I replaced the MAF...Problem solved..Thanks so much..This is the second one I have replaced in 3 years. Not sure if that is good or bad. Will try to remove throttle body and do a thorough cleaning!!

Does your code reader just read codes or can you read sensor inputs to the ECM?

I have an ultragage diagnostic tool. I have tons of stuff stuff I can check, but I don't understand most of the readings. I have no idea what number range I am supposed to be in with all the stuff on it. It checks just about everything. I mainly use it for codes, MPG, Temp..simple stuff

Okay, that's about right at idle. Just isn't likely to have two bad sensors in 3 years. Are you using OEM parts?

The first one I replaced was from Advanced Auto. It was the toyota compliant. When I took it off to install the new one, It said refurbish..So that may be the issue. I recently installed a K&N air flow filter. I hope that helps.
