I have checked the fuses, and still get nothing when I try to use the driver's door controls to roll down windows, lock/unlock doors, or adjust mirrors. Is there a relay someplace that needs to be replaced. this started as an intermittent problem and has gotten continually worse until it didn't work any longer.

Also, now I am having the same problem with the overhead console. I can't operate my sunroof or interior map lights. The courtesy light comes on when entering the vehicle, but won't work manually.

I would appreciate any help.

You will have to have codes pulled from the system.
The drivers door switch is a computer. Also the Rear veiw mirror is a computer that controls the lighting and sunroof.

If everything doesn't reset from locking and unlocking the car you need to have the codes pulled and go from there.

 

On the Sunroof and upper lighting, it is controlled by the Upper Electronic Module (UEM). If you pull the fuse for the UEM in the fuse box by the lf door, it will reset the UEM and you should be OK. There is SW to prevent this from happening in the future.

This can also occur in the Rear Electrical Module (REM) on some 1999 and later cars, and there is SW for this too.

I'm not aware of the Drivers Door Module (DDM) having this problem. Check the fuse for starters. Has anyone been working in the door lately?

Sometimes cuting power to the module can help as a temporay fix.
