Hello everybody,

Every time I turn on the air condition in level 1 i have some noise coming from the fan i believe, when i change the to the level 4 or 5 the noise stop, if any body have any idea what this problem may be please send a message. If any body have the instructions in how to disassembly the dash that it will also help me.

The fan motor might be going bad. The blower motor is under the dash on the passenger side.

 

I think is the blower motor, because the noise is right under the dash in the passenger site. Any instructions how to take the dash?

You may find debris in the fan cage, (leaves). All it takes is one to make racket.
