Try googling "volvo s60 ECU tuning". You'll get a long list of tuner shops who will also sell aftermarket exhausts. BTW, for the cost of the exhaust you can go with a stage 1 ECU and get +40 HP. IMHO, swapping the exhaust without a tune will just make your car louder not faster.
