I have a S60 (NTurbo) 2003 ... I have been having problems with messages that I get from onboard computer ...

Anti Skid
Engine Service
ABS failure
Transmission Service

All this message appears but the car is still running ... unless it's the Anti-Skid the car wont start at all ....

June 09 - Dealer downloaded new software to the car
Aug 09 - Messages started to appear again
Aug 09 - Non dealer service repaired a blown fuse under the steering wheel. was informed there is a problem on communication with ecm
Aug 09 - Non dealer service replaced sensor for coolant temp
was informed that 2003 has a ongoing problem on ABS Sensor

Presently the car will go for like 2 weeks without any problem and then all messages appears again on and off ....

I am ready to bring it back to the dealer but I wanted to get an opinion ...

 

I will bet it is an ABS module problem.

 

Am bringing it to my Non-dealer service center. Thats what they told me last time.
