My 2003 S60 has always had some shorts or something in the steering wheel area. The turn signal (esp left turns) don't want to blink and I have to wiggle the stalk to make it blink sometimes. Also on the wiper side, I sometimes get the same thing, either doesn't work, or when on iontermittent, it will turn on full instead. Now my radio has started changing on its own, either flipping stations, or actually changing sources from FM to CD, etc. What's going on! I have ghosts!!

 

I would try having the codes pulled out of the steering wheel module.
