Failing TCV?

Can someone share diagram for TCV for S60T5 where it will show the 3 rubber hoses connections and location where it should terminate from the TCV unit.
I have changed mine to HD TCV from IPD but now thinking to revert back to original TCV. Problem is I have also changed to a silicone hoses and now need to be sure which hose should go to which nipple on the original TCV.
