hi all not been on for a while s60 t5 2001
i have this engine check light on my mate read the codes and he got p0121 Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Range/Performance Problem can anyone shead any light on this and the parts i will be needing ,already had the etm clean and software update new maff ,new coils

The ETM might be bad it is under a 10 year 200,000 miles warranty if it is bad.

the etms are real expesive are they not whats the throttle peddle sensor will that not be it , if it is the etm volvo will need to do the work is that correct

 

Yes Volvo will need to do the work.

The TPS is the ETM. Most generic scanners will read it as a TPS.

The ETM job is like $1200.00.

 

make sure your car has had the recall 155. if so they will clean the trottle before replacement
