I replaced my right side headlamp assembly with an aftermarket from eBay. It was much simpler than I had expected, but there is a gap of about 1/2" at the back corner around the black trim piece, so the gap to sheetmetal is even bigger. I wasn't able "wiggle" it to fit better since it's attached at 4 points. Is the gap adjustment part of the headlamp aim or did I just get a poorly made aftermarket part? I'm just worried about too much water getting back there causing other problems.
