Flame trap replacement S60 2.5 turbo
Just spend nine hours replacing my flame trap. I bought the entire replacement kit from IPD. The kit is short a few clamps as you end up taking off several additional hoses to gain access to various parts. I would recommend going to the dealer!
Too many issues removing just about everything out of the way such as steering pump, radiator hoses, air box, wiring harnesses. I was still unable to tighten the lower intake manifold bolt on the passenger side. You can't take it off either in which you end up cutting the new intake gasket.
