2000 Volvo s40 Flame trap servicing/replacement
Hi,
I have a 2000 Volvo s40 1.9t. I would like to service the PCV system. I have spent several hours searching for a write up but can't find one for my car. Does anyone have a link to one? Or perhaps the All data instructions on intake manifold removal? torques specs. etc.
I will also be doing the fuel pressure regulator at the same time. Any advice on sourcing parts?

The best price for a fuel pressure regulator I've seen to date is online through Rock Auto.
For an OEM Volvo part look to IPD or FCP Euro. You will pay dearly though.
No help on removing the PCV system.

If you're brave:
$35 and free ship if you have Prime... But I cannot guarantee it fits! It is certaintly the same form factor, but there could be a slight difference in the diameters of the 2 o-rings. If I had found this one before I paid the delaer $140 I would have tried it, you can always return it if it doesn't fit.
