Default Is this a good deal? Need some opinions!

So, I have been looking to upgrade from my volvo 850 and I found this one. Let me know if you guys think it is a pretty good deal or not. I thought it was. Also, is there anything I should look out for when I go to look at it or anything bad about the 2005 year?

I would ask for more pictures under the hood. If theres damage to the core support and the radiator/intercooler/condenser assembly, that will add up quick.

I am going to look at it tomorrow and will check to make sure. Do you think the price is good if it is just a light hit? I am a little worried about the mileage and not knowing when the timing belt was last serviced.

Well it needs at least a hood and a bumper cover. I'd bet the core support is bent as well, at the very least.

Whether it's worth it depends on who is fixing it. If I bought it, I could get a parts discount on maintenance items, throw some used body parts on and repair it myself and it might be worth it.

If you're paying to have it fixed, that's different.

Ya it does. I may be able to get it even cheaper so it is probably worth it right? Although if the car is beat, I am passing on it.

I would be able to fix it myself so that will cut out labor costs.

Well then yeah, it might be worth it. It really depends on the rest of the car. It could need a whole bunch of other work not related to the body work.

Well turns out it wasnt a good deal. First, the tires were completely bald which was a sign that someone just drove and never did any maintenance. Second, the PCV hose on top the engine was cracked and it was leaking oil on the top of the engine. The hit in the front wasn't to bad and the rad support was actually ok. But, I decided to pass because it has 150,000 with a never serviced pcv and there was no record of the timing belt ever being changed.

So does anyone know of any issues with any of the years of s60s? Like I know in the early 2000s with the s80s and the 6cylinder engines there were some transmission issues. Just wondered if there is anything to loook out for.
